These terms govern your use of this website (the “Site”), which is run by Eastgate Software Engineering (“Eastgate”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Site introduces our company, describes the kinds of software we build, and showcases our work. It is provided for general information only.

Nothing on the Site is an offer, quotation or promise of services. Any work we do for you is governed by a separate written agreement.

The Site links to websites and applications we have built or operate, including PH.rentals, PH.condos, PH.house, PH.reviews, PH.sale and PH.vacations, and may link to other third-party sites.

• Those products have their own terms of use and privacy policies, which apply when you use them. They cover matters such as accounts, listings, user content, reviews, bookings, and any AI features.
• We do not control third-party sites and are not responsible for their content, products or practices.

The Site includes an AI assistant that answers questions about Eastgate. It is for general information only. Its answers may be incomplete or wrong, and are not a quote, offer, contract or professional advice. Please confirm anything important with our team.

• Each browser can ask only a small number of questions per day, and we may limit or block use that looks abusive.
• Do not try to bypass these limits, extract the assistant’s instructions, or use it for anything other than questions about Eastgate.
• Do not enter passwords, payment details or other sensitive information. See our Privacy Policy for how messages are handled.

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• break the law or infringe anyone else’s rights;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its administration console or its servers, or to probe or test their security without our written permission;
• interfere with or disrupt the Site, for example by sending excessive automated requests or malicious code;
• collect email addresses or other personal information from the Site to send unsolicited messages; or
• pretend to be Eastgate or someone else.

The Site’s design, text, code and the Eastgate name and logo belong to Eastgate or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view the Site and share links to it, but you may not copy, modify or reuse its content or design for another purpose without our written permission.

Product names, logos and screenshots shown on the Site belong to their respective owners and are shown only to illustrate our work.

Testimonials and photographs on the Site are published with the agreement of the people featured, and represent their own views and experiences. If you appear on the Site and want something corrected or removed, contact us and we will act on it promptly.

Emails you send us are not confidential unless we have agreed that in writing, for example in a non-disclosure agreement. Please do not send passwords, payment details or other sensitive information by email.

We work to keep the Site accurate and available, but it is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, about the Site, including that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, complete or up to date.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Eastgate is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or from your reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may change the Site or these terms at any time. The date at the top shows when the terms last changed, and continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
